Smart Objects
Izmir, 2012This project represents the culmination of a search for aesthetics within deconstruction. Each piece embodies both the act of production and an inquiry into the dual nature of human thought, expressed through objects stripped of utilitarian function and existing solely for their capacity to provoke reflection. The series also challenges the prevailing notion of “smart” everyday objects, resisting the numbing effects of an over-digitalized culture by foregrounding alternative, thought-driven encounters.
